Angeles is UPLB-CA’s New Dean
Dr Domingo E. Angeles, Professor of the Crop Science Cluster (CSC), has been appointed as the new Dean of the College of Agriculture (CA) effective July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2011. A BS in Agriculture (major in Horticulture) graduate in 1978, Dr. Angeles obtained his MS and PhD degrees in the same field (with focus on plant nutrition) also from UPLB in 1981 and 1988, respectively. He finished his post-doctoral degree from the University of Georgia, Athens in Oct. 1988 to July 1989 and from the University of Hawaii in August - September 1989.

NU-PACE Announces Academic Exchange Program for 2008/2009
The Nagoya University Program for Academic Exchange (NUPACE) has announced its academic exchange program for School Year 2008-2009 is now accepting applications for its Spring 2009 session. Deadline of application submission is 1 December 2008. UOG Dean/Director visits College of Micronesia
Dr. Lee Yudin, dean/director of the College of Natural and Applied Sciences, University of Guam paid a visit to the College of Micronesia-Federal States of Micronesia (COM-FSM) on May 2-6, 2008 Dr. Yudin is also the senior administrator of the Carribean-Pacific Consortium grant. read>>
